About Jogo

Jogo is a web-based platform for organizing recreational soccer leagues and teams. By using Jogo, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for sign-in. One account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Jogo only for its intended purpose — managing soccer teams, leagues, and games. You may not:

• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

SMS notifications

If you provide a phone number, you may receive SMS messages related to game RSVPs and reminders. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or removing your phone number from your profile.

Content and data

You retain ownership of content you create (team names, game details, etc.). We may use this data to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

Service availability

Jogo is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Jogo is a free tool for recreational sports coordination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Jogo after changes constitutes acceptance.
